Absence planning and leave requests
- The system uses the employee’s registered basic data (age, start of entitlement, end of entitlement,registered children to calculate the basic annual leave entitlement, additional age related leave entitlement and additional leave entitlement due for dependent children.
- Easy-to-use graphical interface for planning employee absence, which can then be easily checked and approved / rejected by managers.
- Absence applications and approvals / rejections are notified to all parties concerned by automatically generated emails.
- Recorded employee absences may betransmitted electronically to KIRA.
