I am delighted to see my team members develop their professional and managerial competences by supporting and helping each other, and the synergies that result. My most important mission as a leader is to build a new generation of experts and team leaders, supported by highly experienced and knowledgeable senior staff, while constantly adding new elements to the organisational culture.
