I joined NEXON at the beginning of my career in 2006. I feel fortunate to have been involved in the development of the company's IT organisation. When I started there were 2-3 people in IT, now there are 23 people and 6 groups. I have been constantly given opportunities and I am still developing myself. I worked my way up the career ladder until I became IT Director in 2022. This shows one of the driving forces of NEXON: the opportunity to build a career as an expert and a manager.
It's great to work for the market leader. The company is always one step ahead of market developments, which makes for a very fast and exciting working environment. An important part of my job is to work cooperatively with my colleagues and to think strategically in order to operate and deliver Nexon's services to a high standard for all our customers. Nexon is not only a professional community, but also a company with a human face, where professional development opportunities, an innovative environment and an inspiring listening environment are all present. Human relations are important to me both here and in my personal life. I spend a lot of time with my family and friends, it's recharging, we do a lot of trips and traveling. On two and four wheels.
