As Director in a changing world with rapidly evolving needs, it is my responsibility to lead NEXON’s product development, customer relationships, human resource management. We set the highest standards for ourselves. The need to continually improve our products underlines the importance of communication with our clients and employees; I am a firm believer in the open door policy and welcome all of the ideas that find their way to my ears.

We have come a long way from NEXON’s early success based on the BERENC payroll application, to our present role as a market-leading provider of integrated human resource management systems.
